✅ What Can Be Returned?
Returns apply only to items that: Arrive damaged, defective, or broken during shipping or transit. Are expired or dried out (in the case of consumables or similar applicable items). In such cases, you are eligible for: A replacement, A refund, or A store credit (valid for 30 days).
❌ What Is Not Covered Under Return Policy?
Change of mind or if you no longer want the item. Disliking a product due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, texture). Gifts purchased for others, unless they meet the eligible damage criteria above. Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities.
Claims of inauthenticity – all SparkPort products are sourced from verified and authorized vendors. Items marked as final sale or those purchased during promotions or with discount coupons (refunds will be processed at the price paid, not original price).
📦 Return Conditions The return must be initiated within 3 days of in-store purchase. Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A valid and original receipt is required for all in-store returns. Returned products must match the value paid, not the listed retail price.
🎫 Store Credit Note If you choose store credit, the issued voucher must be used within 30 days of issue. Expired vouchers will not be re-issued.
❗Important Responsibility Note It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the product’s details or certifications (such as whether a product is halal, eco-friendly, etc.) before purchase. SparkPort will not offer returns or exchanges based on such assumptions after purchase.
