RETURN POLICY
SparkPort Return & Refund Policy
At SparkPort, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return process for our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating any return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your original order.
The product seal must be intact and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns for items sent by mistake or those not purchased from SparkPort.
Sale items are not eligible for free delivery or return.
Returns are conditional and subject to quality check approval.
Refund Process
You may request a refund for eligible items. Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.
For returns from outside Pakistan, we currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
Important Notes
SparkPort is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in return transit.
The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage.
Free delivery is offered on purchases of Rs. 5,000 or more, but not applicable on discounted/sale items.
